About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicate in Punjabi, respond to Punjabi customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone call, chat, or email
2. Understand the customer's problems accurately, follow the established procedures, and communicate with the customers
3. Make calls to customers when required, maintain all reports
