Designation: Customer Service
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage and nurture client relationships through regular check-ins, updates, and follow-ups
2. Resolve customer queries and issues promptly, providing first-class service that enhances customer loyalty
3. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and communicate these insights to the relevant teams
4. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align customer needs and company goals
5. Implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value
6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
Skills & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
2. Proven experience in a customer service or customer relationship role
3. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with grace
5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
6. Demonstrable ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
