Job Description

 Designation: Customer Service

The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Resolving customer complaints received via multiple channels like calls, WhatsApp, social media, etc.
2. Following up with customers for any further information and collecting prompt and accurate feedback
3. Escalate pending issues to the concerned internal teams
4. Adhering to the company's rules and regulations
