Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on interacting with a customer over the call regarding their queries and maintaining a relationship with premium customers of the bank
2. Work on making outbound customer calls to promote and sell product/service of the bank
3. Handle customer needs and requirements
4. Work on recording call history and customer's response in detail
5. Manage client portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship including product, portfolio and banking needs
6. Work on providing regular market information and updates to customers
7. Work on acting as a single point of contact for customer's banking requirements
8. Work on effectively utilizing all applications, tools, databases used to process transparent end-to-end customer support
