Job Description
1. Handling incoming chats and queries of customers
2. Handling inbound and outbound phone calls to customers and vendors
3. Coordinating with delivery riders for the successful completion of orders
4. Handling emails and tickets to ensure customer resolution is provided (multi-tasking)
5. Making outbound calls to vendors and outlets for additional information
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 21st Feb'21 and 28th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Hyderabad and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 4 Lac/annum
The Customer Support role is the most crucial function in our company as they are the frontline warriors handling our customers to give each customer top-notch experience and customer satisfaction. Hence, the primary responsibility would be handling the order on the systems to order delivery monitoring and coordinating with all other processes and teams involved.
