About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing and fulfilling customer requests for standard as well as very high profile clients via phone
2. Working to fulfill the request through a variety of resources (Internet, team member or personal experience, partners, resources, etc.), and communicate responses in a prompt, professional, and concise manner
3. Upholding the highest levels of customer service and quality
