Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the different features of a healthcare SaaS product thoroughly
2. Learn about new product features and help the customers to understand and use them
3. Interact with the product team and share important feedback received from customers
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and success throughout their journey
5. Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success
6. Build strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact
7. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to help customers maximize their use of our offerings
8. Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for value realization and upselling
