Support and provide customer service (Queries and Request response) via phones and e-mails(coordination with the internal team),both inbound(calls from customers) and outbound(to internal team)

  • Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
  • Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs and holds interruptions
  • Effectively deal with irate callers, and upset customers
  • Meet commitments to customers and other duties as assigned
  • Display time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements
  • Display sensitivity to healthcare business work environment
