About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attending phone call inquiries, talking politely and clearly, and following up on emails and phone calls
2. Gathering data of the caller and maintaining documentation log of the same
3. Managing resources towards fulfilling inquiries with interfacing with other team embers such as accounts and inventory
4. Attending team meetings to provide updates and a general overview of consumer behaviour and requirement trends

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 5 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per conversion into users).

Please do not apply if you don't know anything technically. Good performance candidates will be hired full-time in a leadership role with higher compensation.

The Renal Project is a chain of dialysis micro-centres. 10% of the Indian population suffers from chronic kidney disease, and 2.5 lakh die each year due to not being able to get dialysis. Our vision is to revolutionize the availability of dialysis therapy to kidney patients across India. The Renal Project plans to open micro-centres across India in order to penetrate the landscape that needs it.
