Job Description

You will have to take high volume of inbound calls. It is expected that the best of those who handle such a profile with discipline, initiative and consistency, apart from opportunities to grow with us, also set themselves up for an exciting career in Customer Service.
These projects involve Customer service for Airlines Baggage process, catering to major international airports across the globe.

Candidate Profile -
1. Candidates should have good communication, organization and planning skills.

2. Candidates should be adaptable and should be a team player.

3. Candidates should have no regional accent and should be able to explain clearly.

4. Candidates should be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts and week offs.

5. Candidates with experience in international voice processes will be preferred.
