CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

Hire, develop and manage a large group of customer service representatives including a large seasonal workforce
Analyze weekly performance metrics including quality, productivity, and attendance and provide regular and ongoing performance feedback and coaching to team members
Oversee the customer service representatives’ performance assessment process, ensuring that all employees follow the company’s best practices and established processes; provide immediate and ongoing feedback on areas of strength and improvement opportunities
Identify training needs and partner with the training manager to develop and implement relevant training curriculum
Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures in partnership with human resources

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of people management experience preferably in a call center environment
Customer service focused, understands and initiates best customer service protocols
Interpersonal skills to positively build effective working relationships, drive engagement, motivate staff, and influence culture
Demonstrated experience in effective conflict resolution that required high-level communication and planning to achieve successful outcomes
Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays based on business needs
Bachelor’s degree preferred
