Job Responsibilities:

  • Hire, develop and manage a large group of customer service representatives including a large seasonal workforce
  • Analyze weekly performance metrics including quality, productivity, and attendance and provide regular and ongoing performance feedback and coaching to team members
  • Oversee the customer service representatives’ performance assessment process, ensuring that all employees follow the company’s best practices and established processes; provide immediate and ongoing feedback on areas of strength and improvement opportunities
  • Identify training needs and partner with the training manager to develop and implement relevant training curriculum
  • Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures in partnership with human resources

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience preferably in a call center environment
  • Customer service focused, understands and initiates best customer service protocols
  • Interpersonal skills to positively build effective working relationships, drive engagement, motivate staff, and influence culture
  • Demonstrated experience in effective conflict resolution that required high-level communication and planning to achieve successful outcomes
  • Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays based on business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
