  • Hire, develope & manage a large group of customer service representatives. 
  • Oversee the customer service representatives performance assessment process, ensuring that all employees follow the company's best practices & established processes; provide immediate & ongoing feedback on areas of strength & improvement opportunities. 
  • Deliver professional & timely communication to customers. 
  • Excellent written & spoken english.
  • Relationship management. 
  • Business communication skills.
  • Knowledge, training & motivation provided for free on weekly bases.
