Job Description for Process Associate – Customer Service (C2H)
The individual working in the Customer service response role will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions. The individual will be responsible to reply to the end customer for specific queries related to the warranty, product, parts, etc.
Need to refer specific customer portals and application to work on query emails to respond them with in dedicated SLA. Individual to be proactive on follow ups and able to close loop on any pending – incoordination queries to give quick accurate and relevant response via email or phone/softphone on regular basis.
Skills Required –

Ability to prioritize and multi-task for maximum efficiency without sacrificing accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional and Pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls.
Escalate unresolved issues to Manager.
Build strong relationship with clients & create an amazing experience for them.
Quick learner, analytical and high attention to detail.
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Create an action plan for each item, making sure we are performing inside the time frame and creating a wonderful experience for internal and external customer
Ability to summarize all information on demand to make sure we cover all loopholes.
Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills.
