Job Description:

  • Answer inbound calls & chat, Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, IPTV, VOIP and more
  • Covering a full range of Bell’s products and services including obtaining all information necessary for the resolution of the transaction.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of products and services to customers.
  • Be knowledgeable of all Bell marketing initiatives and effectively communicate marketing campaigns and promotions to customers.
  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and turn those prospects into customers
  • Sales through Customer Service
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Follow standard processes and procedures;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
  • Redirect problems to an appropriate resource;
  • Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
  • Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business;
  • Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary;
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Job Qualifications
  • Effective English Oral & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
  • Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
  • Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
  • Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Competent in MS office and web browser environments
  • Ability to continually display a positive attitude.
