Job Description for Customer Service Representative – Associate (Back End Role)
Fresher’s / Experienced candidates (with good verbal & written communication skills) who have managed Customer Service Back End (Coordination over Emails & a few calls).
Qualification :
Graduates/Under Graduates, both can apply.
Job Location: Mumbai
Shift Timings: 9 am to 6 pm shift. Last shift ends by 9.00 pm. No night shifts.
Working days: 6 days working. Monday to Saturday, Sunday is fixed off.
Job Facilities
1. Pick and drop facility provided to candidates between 9 am to 6 pm shift.
2. Employees who do not use a company bus facility can travel by Auto from Andheri Station to Boomerang. They can claim conveyance for the same.
3. Employees are entitled to OT in case they have worked beyond their shift time.
4. They can claim comp offs and are entitled to OT in case they have worked on a National/Public holiday as listed in FedEx holiday List.
