We are actively hiring Customer Service Representative Freshers { Non Voice }

Assisting customers through written communication channels such as emails, chat.
Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Strong written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and product/service knowledge are essential.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate
Experience in Domestic/International BPO is a plus.
Work Location: Mumbai
Process: Non Voice- Chat & Email.
