ESMSYS is seeking the services of a CSR for its branch office at Ahmedabad

Responsibilities and Duties

• Should be responsible for calling potential customer, engaging them in conversation, providing information regarding our company and service.
• Should also be assigned a quota to meet on a weekly basis.
• Candidate for this position must have a proven track record in cold calling in a business-to-business environment.
• Greet customers, introduce self and company; answer any questions potential customer may have about the company.
• Provide information regarding the services we provide.
• Call potential customers following call list provided.
• Make cold calls and callbacks to develop sales leads.
• Secure sales appointments and manage lead follow-up

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have 1 or more years’ experience in cold calling.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent computer skills...working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, Google, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Possess exceptional 'people skills' to deal with all levels within an organization.
• Follows direction well.
• Strong Organizational skills to ensure proper follow-up.
• Night Shift experience is must
