   •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

   • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.

   •  Reliable and self-disciplined, capable of working independently from home.

   • Computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
