SmartCache Networks Pvt Ltd ()is looking for qualified candidates to join our customer operations team who is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of an E-commerce platform for small and medium-sized businesses and professional services sector across India. 

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a can-do attitude in meeting our customer's operations goals in greater Mangalore area. We are seeking individuals who can work by phone, remote desktop & onsite in performing the tasks. 

These individuals will also be responsible for working with sales on-site product demo, on-site training, merchant on-boarding & registration and online marketing campaigns.

Customer services candidate should have excellent verbal, written communication, powerpoint presentation skills and should also have excellent knowledge of Android devices( phones/tablets),Windows systems, Web and Social media.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the distribution or delivery of software application
• Assist with fulfilment of marketing & sales offers
• Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, e-mail campaigns, online promotion
• Assist with execution of trade shows, software demo’s at customer premises
• Monitor e-mails, dashboards to respond and resolve customer issues
• Provide support to social media efforts
• Monitor and resolve customer issues with a software application
• Monitor and resolve customer issues with shipping, product upload and user feedback

Full Time
