• Job Location: Thane - West, Maharashtra
  
• Salary: No bar for the right candidate, Incentive – No Cap on Incentives
  
• Shift: USA Single Shift / Night Shift
  
• Shift Timings: 8:15 PM TO 5:45 AM (Monday - Friday) Alternate Saturdays OFF, Sunday – Fixed OFF
  
• Transport: Centralised Pick & Drop available

Position 2

Position: Receptionist

Job Responsibilities: 

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; 
• Notifies company personnel of visitors' arrival; 
• Maintains security and telecommunications system. 
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
• Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulation
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills: Microsoft excel; Telephone manners and etiquette; Customer Service

Qualifications: Any graduate / post-graduate

Salary offered: Salary no bar for the right candidates

Prerequisite:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Should know the basics of customer service
• Should be from Thane area or the one who is willing to travel to Thane
