Job Description

Customer Service Position
Our company is looking for recruits to call our customers overseas and help them schedule no-cost home energy audits, as well as helping them set up appointments for solar consultations and insulation work.
This is not a sales role and candidates will receive a fixed salary, in addition to monthly bonuses for exceptional work.An ideal candidate will:
Be a clear, fluent, and verbally dexterous anglophone.
Be able to provide friendly, solution-oriented customer service who is okay with working at night (from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM).
Display a penchant for problem solving.
Be capable of scheduling and/or rescheduling appointments across a multitude of different softwares
Be able to internalize the protocols of rapidly-changing program structures.
Learn quickly and be comfortable admitting to lapses in knowledge (We don't mind teaching, but we want candidates who are willing to learn)
What Candidates Can Expect from Us
A salary of 35k INR during their 6-month probationary period, and a raise to 40k INR per month following that initial period.
Flexible hours, and no expectation of work beyond the time for which we've paid (i.e, we will never expect candidates to work overtime).
