We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can interact with our customers and provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. Also, you will have to deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Location: Surat
Salary: 18,000 to - 35,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
