  • The job holder will work in a conducive & fast-paced environment to make outbound calls & e-mails for renewal chasing/customer retention to existing customers or Ex-customers or who have recently obtained and/or upgraded services.
  • The main responsibility of CSR is customer retention. You might answer questions regarding billing, how a particular service works, what type of support is available, and so on. 
  • At PATTERNS we work hard to get new customers and people in Customer Service ensure that those customers understand & are happy with their services.
  • If there are issues, you’d attempt to solve them so customers remain happy with their service and give more orders.
  • In instances where an issue is outside of your wheelhouse, you would transfer the customer to the appropriate department. 
  • Most important in the Customer Service job is patience and attention to customer satisfaction.
  • We provide all necessary training so as to enable the candidate on the project. Customer Service Representative usually receives short-term on-the-job training, lasting 1 to 2 weeks. 
  • Generally, Customer Service training may focus on procedures for answering questions, information about a company’s service, and computer, Softwares and telephone use. 
  • Trainees often work under the guidance of an experienced team member for the first few weeks of employment. Salary is also paid during the training period.
  • SHIFT TIMES: - Night Shift (for USA ,Canada) 8:30 PM - 6:30 AM 
  • JOINING:- Immediate Preferred 
  • SALARY:- Rs.8,000.00 -  Rs.16,000.00 per month CTC (Based on competency & experience)  Candidate carrying relevant experience can look for better salary package. There is no variable component in this Package (No Incentive).


  • Represent the company professionally and ensure quality & accuracy that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
  • Become thoroughly familiar with Graphic Designing services and how customers benefit from those services.
  • Become well-versed on the advantages and disadvantages of each competitor so that PATTERNS service features and benefits can be shown as an advantage over the competition.
  • Make outbound calls & shoot e-mails from the retention handling list & Focus on retention of a current customer by also generating other business opportunities.
  • Use a consultative selling approach, increase customer’s awareness of choice as well as a competitive advantage over other Graphic Design service providers.
  • Provide the potential customer with pricing and effectively close the sale.
  • Processes orders, prepares correspondence and fulfils needs of existing customers that are at risk of cancelling services or orders.
  • Addresses complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals of customership.
  • If need be to offer discounts or special deals as needed and within pre-established limits, as approved by the HOD.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activity via in-house PATTERNS software & Excel & Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases.
  • Ensure that customers understand their bills.
  • Ensure that customers are happy with their communications & Artwork delivered.
  • Facilitate continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure superior customer service.
  • Typically reports to the functional head of the department & updates regarding trends, unusual competitive activity or service deficits that appear to be influencing customer cancellations.
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with other service representatives.
  • Experience:- Freshers & Experienced all are invited to apply for this position.

  • Basic computer and keyboarding
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
