The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
Suggesting information about other products and services
Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Efficiently dealing of complaints and enabling satisfactions Of customers
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, Recording details of enquiries,complaints,comments and actions taken.
Taking ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Documenting all calls with regards to inquires accurately
Fluency in hindi and English
Assisted with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
