We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer to educate our support, sales and customer service teams. You will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
- Experience in sales or Team Leader (CC)positions is a plus
- Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Requirements:-
- Team management experience is Plus
-Coaching and communication skills
-Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a contact center environment as a Team Manager
-Experience within customer services
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
-Energetic and motivating individual
Working Days :- Monday to Saturday
