Designation: Customer Service Professionals - 5 Days Working MNC 
1. US Voice Process- 0- 4 Yrs (Mon- Friday Working Fixed)Salary up to Rs. 4,00,000 Lakhs PA
2. US Banking & Insurance Non-Voice Process - 0- 3 Yrs          5 days working - Should be flexible for any shifts and 24/7 working set up Salary up to Rs. 2,50,000 Lakhs PA
Age Criteria - 18 to 30 Yrs Only
Qualification: Fresher's with Any UG / PG degree (2015 - 19)
Please note: Backlogs will be considered up to 2 only.
Experience: 0-4 Years (Other BPO domain experience with good communication skill is more preferred)
Job Qualifications:
Effective English oral communication skills
Excellent, analytical, listening and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Competent in MS office and web browser environments
Ability to continually display a positive attitude.
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
