Handling the customers calls on telecom related queries.

Troubleshoot Technical Queries for various clients through voice, chat and email.

Salary :

Fresher - up to 16-20k

Experience - up to 22-30k

Shift :US/UK Should be flexible with rotational Shift

Qualification:

10th, 12th, Graduate

Industry: BPO customer service ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO.

Required Experience:

Fresher/1 Year experience in International Call center
