Job Summary:

• The person will be taking Inbound calls attending and resolving the customer and channel partner queries. 
• The job also entails, making outbound calls to collect customer booking. 
• Details confirmation and information sharing with our channel partner team and end-user customers. 
• Also calling customers to convert the leads into customers for our various test packages
• Should be open to work in shifts the earliest shift will start at 9AM to 9PM in the night and 9 PM to 9 AM With shift time.
• There will be no fixed off, and a person should be open to work as per requirement, and ready to work on Holidays if needed
• Candidates having relevant experience in Customer care department of a diagnostics company are requested to share their resumes.

• Have good communication skills Verbal and written, Sound technical knowledge of Pathological tests

• Should have minimum 1 year experience in Diagnostics field, preferably in the call center or customer service.
