• We are looking for 12th pass/Fresher candidates as Guest Services Executive/Customer Services Executive in Kolkata. 
• The candidate needs to take care of all the concerns and complaints raised by the passengers. This is not a field job. 
• The candidate should not leave any ground for any complaints. Timing: 8 Hours shift
• Job Location: Kolkata

• Taking care of all the concerns and complaints raised by the guests.
• Taking reservations and Issuing tickets. Ensuring the delivery of luggage or bags. Conducting security checking of passengers
• Need to do the documentation work
• Need to update the CRM
