Designation- customer Services Executive
Job Location- Thane Mumbai.

Handle the merchant escalations interactively

MS Excel knowledge is a must, Resolve customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
Handling Inbound & Outbound calls Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments Handling the customer queries.
Lead Handling
Handle Telephonic inquiries
Must have Good Communication Skills.
Must be comfortable for Calling.
Handling inquiries & coordinating/following up accordingly.
Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet.
