Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and refunds, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships
3. Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer loyalty
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
5. Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM software
6. Stay updated with product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
7. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks and targets assigned by the customer care manager
