Key Responsibilities :
- Each client will have several Life Insurance policies in each portfolio. This job will involve corresponding through emails, electronic fax and following it up with calls. The candidate will need to be persistent and ensure that information is procured in the shortest time possible. Should be able to identify data points in a particular document.
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills -
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work on Excel and MS-office skills -
- Will need to work in night/US shifts independently with minimum supervision
- Should have experience in a US based customer service centre
- Excellent listening skills is a must
- Excellent Eye for detail
- Disciplined and Diligent
- Should be accountable individually while still being a part of the team
