  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the customer needs are met. Analyze the recruitment process of the customer and provide solutions through the product. 
  • Manage requirements, plan and monitor requests from the customer through the implementation process and manage issues and queries post implementation. 
  • We are not a KPO or a BPO but a SAAS product company
