Eligibility:

Any Graduate from 2017-19 passed out with 60% in Highest Qualification.

Responsibilities: 

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.
  • Manage critical client accounts which have a higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand the website traffic of our customers and craft and implement strategies to grow it.
  • Deliver monthly metrics and analysis to customers to ensure that they understand the value of our platform
Skills required:

  • 0 - 2 years of Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Graduation from any Tier-1 Colleges. MBA not necessary
  • Should possess strong analytics skills and should be an Excel Savvy
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, Web analytics & SEO is a plus.
Salary: 3 - 3.5 LPA
