We have experience & success delivering Architectural, Civil & Structural Engineering, and MEP Engineering Design plans for Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects from many of our regional centers across California. We are dedicated to providing high-quality engineering and design services to our clients.

The opportunity

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers a unique and diverse experience. The assistant will organize and prioritize multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced technology environment that promotes teamwork and shared success. This role will require a high level of coordination and communication with the team.

What will you do

• Acts as a point of contact in answering and/or directing inquiries through phone, email and in-person whilst ensuring a high quality, service-driven mindset
• Perform all administrative and clerical duties for the site team
• Educate customers on our services and connect with the customer success manager
• Work closely with sales team to assist with leads
• Ensures clear communication and prompt resolution of queries.
• Learn our industry to be able to continuously provide higher levels of support

What will you bring to the table

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience with customer services or administrative experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Docs and Google Calendar
• Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks in a high volume work environment
• Professional and excellent phone manner.
• Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and detail orientedAbility to quickly learn job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, approachable and team-oriented personality, with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work on PST time zone (night shift)
