We are looking for a Customer Success Associate. The candidate should:
· Be good at using all social media platforms.
· Have excellent communication skills.
· Have basic idea of analytics.
· Be a fast learner.
· Experience in Digital Marketing is a big plus.
Role Requirements
· Understanding of Digital Marketing.
· He /She will manage the queries of our existing clients & provide refresher trainings.
· Help in on-boarding the new clients by providing them training and setting up of the tool.
· Actively reach out to existing customers in Mumbai to explain new features of Konnect Insights software.
· Recommend best practices in Social Listening and analytics.

Shift Timings: 9AM – 6 PM / 10 AM – 7 PM
