Customer Success Associate
Board Infinity Responsibilities:
• Coordinating between learners and coaches over calls and videos
• Handling the queries of learners and solving their problems
• Ensure that the learner’s journey is very smooth throughout
• Work with internal departments to meet learner needs
• Maintaining the data over various platforms
• Giving learners a trouble-free learning experience Required Skills:
• Work on tight deadlines and deliver a great customer and client experience
• Atleast 1-2years of experience in customer handling, BPO, and voice process
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
• Excellent communication skills
Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Salary - 12k - 20k ( Inhand)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
