FastUp - DevOps On AWS jobs - Customer Success Associate

As a Digital Customer Success Associate, you will help customers get the best out of FastUp. You will master digital communication technology and create the future strategy for it at FastUp. We are building a new way to deliver Cloud Automation to our customers, come join us.

Job Description

·       Use your excellent written and spoken communication skills to describe FastUp products.

·       Manage outbound web, email and voice communications using digital analytics technology.

·       Gather inbound customer feedback and communicate it to engineering team.

·       Understand highly technical content and present it to customers in a simple persuasive manner.

Technical Skills Required

·       Excellent command over business writing styles and over Microsoft Office.

·       Working knowledge of analytics technology such as google or adobe or any other.

·       Basic knowledge of Data theory in Statistics, Probability, Hypotheses Proofs

·       Desire to learn AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud and certify oneself.

Personal Ability Required

·       A drive to create positive successful outcomes in every endeavor

·       Good emotional judgment in conversations and in written correspondence.

·       Ability to spot trends, key issues, to separate noise from signal in interpersonal communication

Education and Experience Required

·       Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Management, English, Math or Commerce.

·       Experience in digital communications, or in customer facing digital roles.

Location and Office Requirements

·       You may work remotely from your home or a remote office provided by FastUp

·       FastUp offices are in Pune, MH and you may expect to travel to Pune
