Customer Success Associate

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Associate to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the Organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
Delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams
Visiting client sites whenever required
Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails
Managing customers’ accounts
Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
Co-mutilating with internal teams to discuss sales targets for upsell
Generating daily, weekly, monthly reports for clients
Building sustainable relationships where necessary
Reporting back on results
Collecting data from clients and taking care of the installation and configuration of the systems at sites.
Gathering and using customer details before evaluating and analyzing the symptoms of the issue.
Diagnosing and solving technical issues including email clients and Internet connectivity.
Redirecting problems to the appropriate resource when necessary.
Staying up to date with changes and updates in a company’s systems.
Visiting clients and solving queries
Job Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills
The ability to maintain calm under pressure
A thorough knowledge of the product or service the company they work for is offering
Efficiency and organizational skills
Experience in providing customer service support
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
Ability to think strategically and to lead
