Role & Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints raised by the customers.

Skills Required:
Decent Communication skills required in English

The candidate should have customer handling skills

Qualification:
Graduate/Undergraduate both can apply

Male and female both can apply

Candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts

Freshers can also apply

For WFO:

6 Days working (with 1 rotational Week off)Work From Office - Gurgaon 9 hours of shift through the day (24*7)Days shifts for female candidates

Salary 18,000: For candidates having 6-12 months of experience

Salary 19,000: For the candidates having more than 12 months of experience
