Job Description: Customer Success Champion (Freshers)

As a Customer Success Champion, you'll redefine customer satisfaction standards by promptly responding to inquiries across various communication channels – phone, email, and chat. Your expertise will shine as you provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, and claims, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Your exceptional problem-solving skills will come into play as you proactively address complaints and concerns, exceeding expectations with swift and effective resolutions. Meticulous documentation of interactions and resolutions in our CRM system will enable personalized service and follow-ups.
Collaboration will be second nature to you as you work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your unwavering commitment to satisfaction will drive you to escalate unresolved issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree, excellent English and Hindi communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation. Your ability to remain composed under pressure, grasp insurance concepts (training provided), and adapt to changing schedules will set you apart.
