Duties and responsibilities

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about products and services.
• Conducting demo sessions for the customers.
• Hand holding exercise for the customer.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
• Promote the brand on different online platforms.

Qualifications

• Graduates: BBA/BBM/BSc/MBA Freshers

Skills Required

·      Tech-support, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking, Creating Media Post.

Experience

• Experience in Customer Support role will be an added advantage.
• Fresher are also considered.

Compensation

• Probationary period (3months): INR 1.5L / year
• Salary will be revised after probationary period: 2.5L / year
