Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing role.
Basic knowledge of AWS concepts, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
