The Customer Support team at ORAI Robotics is a critical element of our future success. We are looking for people who could develop customer relationships that promote retention by improving the customer lifetime value. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for our customers and work closely with them to understand their needs and objectives. 

• Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating them to the appropriate team members when necessary. 

• Track and report on customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the rest of the team. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies. 

• Work closely with the sales team to identify and upsell to existing customers. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• 0-2 years of experience in customer success or a related field. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Ability to think strategically and analytically. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
