The Customer Support team at ORAI Robotics is a critical element of our future success. We are looking for people who could develop customer relationships that promote retention by improving the customer lifetime value.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for our customers and work closely with them to understand their needs and objectives.
Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Track and report on customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the rest of the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to identify and upsell to existing customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
0-2 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to think strategically and analytically.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
