Julia sits on your kitchen top and cooks fresh food for you, at the tap of a button, tailored to your taste - all without you having to put in time and effort.

Nymble is a young gutsy consumer robotics startup based out of Bangalore solving the problem of eating fresh, good nutritive food conveniently every day. The opportunity to build a company that can so vastly impact the everyday lives of millions comes once a lifetime. As a customer success intern, you will be working closely with the marketing and operations team at Nymble to serve our earliest customers. Along the way, you will be applying valuable business skills to streamline operations, automate workflows, and gather business insights after talking to actual users. If you are someone who likes to be on top of things at all times, is highly organized, and enjoys getting things done, you would fit right in!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage relationships with early customers on a day-to-day basis through e-mail, phone, and text
2. Gather customer insights and affect business change through your customer interactions
3. Manage relationships with vendors to enhance the experience of consumers while they use our products
4. Work with shadow marketing and operations teams to manage successful consumer trials and optimize business workflows
