Job Description

  • TheHouseMonk is a property management platform which helps builders and owner's associations better manage their projects. 
  • We're focused on helping our customers get the most out of our platform, which is really robust and feature rich. 
  • We're looking to add to our customer success team to scale the great experience we provide to our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers to understand any issues they might be facing with our platform and help them resolve the same.
  • Evangelize the usage of our platform for all users within the customer organization.
  • Track and measure level of consumption across multiple clients and work on those who aren't using it to it's fullest potential.
  • Implement the platform and train users for all new clients
Who're we looking for? 
  • Folks with 0-3 years work experience in a Business + Operations role, but freshers can still apply
  • People who're obsessed with customer success
