Designation: Customer Success Manager
Responsibilities:●Owning up the B2B accounts and making sure the clients have weekly/ monthly access to the reporting to understand the impact.
●Providing overall support to the clients by ensuring that all queries & concerns however they come in (phone, e-mail) are addressed quickly & efficiently.
●Designing and executing programs(online or offline)to increase engagement among YourDOST B2B Clientele
Requirements:●Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
●Experience in organizing events.
●Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
●Ability to speak other languages like Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu is a plus.
Salary Range(In Rupees): 21000-28000
●Students in their final year of studies and students who have graduated recently can apply.
