Job Description

Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities : 

  • Candidate will be responsible for all customer interactions post sale
  • Primary responsibility is to help, assist, enable Customers to leverage CashOS for their success
  • Key deliverable for this position would be the number of references, success stories, case studies we can generate
  • The role would also include the follow through in preparing the finalizing these deliverables
  • Work with other teams such as Sales, Marketing, BD, Technology, Support where required

Requirement :

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in relevant areas
• Having experience in account management, customer success areas
• Ability and strong adaptability to work in a startup environment
• Must have proven communication skills
