Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Report to executives on past results and renewals and up-sell forecasts, e.g. through dashboards and presentations
  • Pull data from different platforms & tools in order to measure the 360-degree view of the overall operational performance.
  • Track leading indicators of renewals and up-sell, and analyse them to understand what’s going well and what’s not
  • Risk Management: Detect early signals of at-risk renewals, design play-books for Customer Success Group to address them, and provide path to escalation
  • Build/Streamline Processes: Identify gaps in the current processes and help build and implement new scalable ones
  • Create a central source of insights that other business teams can draw from in order to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
  • Iterate & innovate to continuously improve the quality of our data & insights.
  • Develop & manage weekly, monthly, & quarterly cadences to align management around business performance
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, & Finance to design & drive scalable solutions that support strategies & drive exponential growth.
  • Forecast hiring needs; Provide materials and data that help Customer Success Group work more effectively
  • Implement and manage the software that facilitates CSM Ops activities
Requirement
  • 2-5 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree
  • Passion for designing processes that scale
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • Enjoys “getting their hands dirty” by digging into complex operations
  • Clear communicator and strong listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments
  • Exceptional analytical skills, quantitative skills, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Extremely organised, detail & process-oriented
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to complete tasks
  • Interest or knowledge in web technologies and digital businesses
