Role: Customer Success Specialist
We're MobiCom Technologies, A product based company with some of the core products like Whitelabeled Apps for Clubs, OneClubNet and PlatinumClubNet used by 10,000+ users around the world. Our Customer Success team is about much more than just responding to customer issues.
We’re looking for an empathetic and patient person with excellent communication skills that enjoys solving tricky customer problems while looking for ways to improve customer experience in the long-run.
*Responsibilities and Duties
• You’ll guide customers through learning to use our software and help them to troubleshoot issues through multiple channels
• You’ll improve our product by gathering customer feedback and recognizing areas where customers are struggling that we need
• You’ll advocate for our customers and work with our product team to help them understand what changes should be prioritized.
• Proven experience (1 to 4 years) in technical customer support or help desk role.
• Highly-skilled in written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to multitask on various client issues and prioritize issues.
• Able to explain complex concepts in easy to understand language.
• Hungry to play an impactful role and not afraid to fail.Benefits
